These terms apply to the Padelyst app for iPhone and Apple Watch and to the free web tools at padelyst.app (together, the “service”), operated by Mavens Lab (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Padelyst is a free tool for scoring padel matches, keeping match history, and running live tournament sessions. No account is required. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) without liability to you.

Your content

Everything you enter into Padelyst — player names, scores, locations, notes — is your responsibility. Only enter other people’s names if you are comfortable doing so and they are. Remember that live tournament sessions are visible to anyone who has the session link or code; you control who you share that link with. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we only use it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• enter content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to access it by any means other than the app and website we provide;
• use the service in any automated or excessive way intended to degrade it for others.

We may remove content or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Scores, standings, and schedules are produced from the input you provide; double-check anything that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavens Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. The service is free; our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it (which is zero).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent mandatory consumer protection rules there apply to you.
